Bolingey Lakes - Lodge 3

Lodge 3 sits on a small private site built around fishing lakes, with the entire property on a single ground floor. Three bedrooms sleep six: the first has a kingsize bed and ensuite, the second a double, and the third either two singles or a superking on request. A second shower room serves the other bedrooms. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a gas hob and electric oven for cooking, and a woodburner for warmth. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with electricity and heating.

The lodge opens onto a front garden with seating, and you can park two cars on site. The Bolingey Inn is within a mile. The setting suits families and couples looking for quiet space near the coast; Perranporth Beach, a three-mile stretch of sand, is just over a mile away. An unfenced lake lies within the grounds, which matters if you're bringing young children. Smoking is not permitted inside.
