St Agnes, a working fishing village on Cornwall's north coast, sits within easy reach of Brambles. The village itself centres on Trevaunance Cove, where a pub sits yards from the beach, and the surrounding cliffs offer coastal walks at every turn. Perranporth's long sandy beach and golf course lie a few minutes' drive south. Truro, the county town, is six miles away. For attractions further afield, Crealy Adventure Park and the Lappa Valley Railway are within reasonable reach.

Brambles is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house sleeping six, arranged over two floors. Downstairs holds the main living space with kitchen and dining area, plus one bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs has two further bedrooms—one double and one with two singles—and the shower room. The kitchen is equipped to cook proper meals; the living area has a television and DVDs. One well-behaved pet can stay free. Bed linen and heating are included, along with wi-fi throughout.

The property forms part of Perranview Holiday Park, where guests can use a heated indoor swimming pool (15 by 7 metres), sauna and shower facilities without charge. The park also has a laundry room, a clubhouse with wi-fi, and an electric vehicle charging point. You have a small patio with garden furniture. The park's restaurant, bar and other facilities operate seasonally from Easter onwards. No smoking inside.
