Bryluen

Saint Ives draws visitors year-round for its beaches, harbour and coastal paths. Bryluen is positioned in the town's quieter streets, far enough from the bustle but within easy reach of the seafront and the walking routes that connect the various coves and headlands nearby. The property sleeps five across three bedrooms: a king, a zip-and-link double that can split into singles, and a single. Two bathrooms serve the house, one downstairs off the entrance porch and one upstairs.

The living areas occupy the ground floor, with a wood burner in the open-plan lounge and dining space, and a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch. Doors lead out to a conservatory and an enclosed back garden. An outside heated shower sits separately, handy for rinsing off after a beach visit. Essentials including electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are covered. There is parking on site for two cars. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Most visitors come to Saint Ives to walk the coastal stretches or spend time on one of the beaches within a short distance. The property works well for a group wanting their own space away from the seafront crowds, or for families wanting base accommodation that is not built into the heart of the resort itself.

Fantastic candle making experience with Victoria. My mum and I found the workshop very insightful, learning about all the essential oil, creating a unique candle of our own and Victoria is amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Would 10/10 recommend!

We had a lovely time participating in a candle making workshop organised for us on short notice. We each selected scents we liked and learned how to combine them into personalised candles. Victoria is very knowledgeable and passionate about fragrance, and made the process relaxing and interesting. Keeping track of the personal selections to allow re-orders is a great idea. Thank you for the experience.

I came to St Ives from Japan and was so happy to discover the candle workshop at Bryluen Botanicals. Victoria was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she guided the workshop so carefully. The beautiful, calming scents and the warm atmosphere made it a truly relaxing and joyful experience. It was one of the highlights of my visit to St Ives. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend attending a candle making workshop. On a recent trip to St Ives Victoria hosted myself along with my mum and sister. She was extremely knowledgeable as she guided us through the process of designing our own scented candles. We learnt a lot about creating a fragrance and it was a really lovely and relaxing way to spend a morning. Thanks again.
