The ground floor is given over to recreation: a dedicated play den contains table football and a games console, alongside a shower room useful for rinsing off sand. Up one flight, an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area spans the width of the building, with patio doors that open directly onto a walled garden—useful for alfresco meals or simply watching the sea air while the kettle boils. The two upper storeys contain all the bedrooms: two have king-size beds with en-suite showers and sea views, while two rooms each contain a pair of single beds, giving flexible sleeping for children or accompanying adults.
