Blisland village is a short drive away, home to the Blisland Inn and a village green ringed with stone cottages. Bodmin Moor stretches nearby—landscape where buzzards circle and deer move through open country. The cottage itself sits back from the road down a private drive that crosses a stream, surrounded by the kind of quiet that lets you notice wildlife: owls, badgers, herons and kingfishers all appear here.
Bulls Cottage is a detached property sleeping four across two bedrooms: a double upstairs under the eaves, and a twin on the ground floor with doors onto the patio. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs, an open-plan kitchen and living room centre on a woodburner; the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. A separate dining room and conservatory complete the ground floor. One dog stays free, though it must be kept on a lead. The essentials—electricity, Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels—are included. Private parking fits two cars.
The back garden has a sitting area and barbecue. A travel cot is available if needed. No smoking indoors. Minimum two-night stays preferred.

Review for Richard’s Bulls Cottage We had a fantastic time at Bulls Cottage! The location is absolutely lovely—set in a peaceful and tranquil area, it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The cottage itself had all the amenities we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the cottage is—our dog absolutely loved it, and it was great to have a place where our furry friend felt as welcome as we did. Thanks to Richard and his partner for hosting great say.
