The harbourfront and Jubilee Pool lie within a minute's walk of Chapel Street, and the town's restaurants, galleries and individual shops are equally close. The train station is minutes away on foot. This Grade II listed town house, restored to combine period features with contemporary comfort, works as a base for exploring Penzance's coastal attractions or simply staying put to experience the seawater lido and working harbour.
The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: a double on the ground floor and another on the top floor, plus a bunk room. There is one bathroom with a slipper bath and separate shower cubicle, and a utility room outside with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, the living room has an open fire and Freeview TV, and there is an enclosed courtyard with patio and BBQ. One small dog is welcome at no extra cost. Essentials including heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen are covered. Initial fuel for the fire is provided.
The entrance involves four steps, and there are twelve steep steps to the courtyard and utility room, which makes the property unsuitable for young children. One car can park approximately five minutes' walk away. No smoking inside.
