Coble Cottage

The Roseland Peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with dramatic coastal walks, hidden coves and subtropical gardens that thrive in its mild microclimate. Coble Cottage sits within this landscape, a short walk from the beach and local shops, with a pub nearby. The cottage itself is recently renovated, mixing period charm with practical modern facilities: a wood burner in the front living room, electric heating throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Downstairs you get a living room, dining room and bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with two singles. The cottage sleeps four. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and the initial fuel for the wood burner are included. There's parking on the road or in a public car park 75 metres away, and a garage for bikes, wetsuits or beach gear. A front garden with seating looks out onto the lane. One dog is welcome.

The location suits couples and small families wanting coastal access without fuss. The Southwest Coast Path runs nearby for serious walking; quieter spots around the peninsula are good for swimming and picnicking. The property is no-smoking throughout.
