This barn conversion in Cornwall has been finished to a high standard, with a single large bedroom, ensuite and open-plan living space all on ground level. A wood burner sits in the living area, the kitchen comes with a range oven and gas hob, and there's a utility room with washing and drying facilities. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included in the price. One dog is welcome, and there is private parking for a single car on site.
The property opens onto a private courtyard with garden furniture, with views towards Mount's Bay visible from the patio doors on clear days. Penzance itself is close by, offering restaurants, shops and pubs. Marazion lies nearby on the shores of Mount's Bay, and the area gives access to coastal walks and several beaches. The Tregellast well is in the locality. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00. No smoking indoors.

A lovely stay recently. Ideally located but sufficiently quiet, our chalet/apartment in this small barn complex was well appointed and very comfortable. The cooking essentials on arrival were most welcome, as was the warm hosting by Lynn. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay, comfortable well arranged cottage apartment with all necessary self care and self catering amenities. Comfortable bathroom with an easy to use shower cubicle. Comfortable beds and linen. Well placed in Penzance to drive to all attractions and local busses also accessible with a small walk to the local bus stop. We enjoyed our stay very much. Value for money 👍
