Culver Cottage is a single-storey property at Lanlawren Farm, furnished for four guests with everything needed for a self-catering stay. The ground floor contains all living spaces: an open-plan sitting and dining area with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen equipped for cooking, and a bedroom with a double bed plus another with two singles. One bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.
The cottage sits within a complex that shares several facilities—an indoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub for six, a sauna (charged separately), and a games room with pool table, table tennis and other equipment. There's a private front garden with seating and a barbecue, plus parking for two cars. Children's travel equipment and a welcome pack are provided. One well-behaved pet stays free. The farm is a short drive from Looe and its coastline, making it accessible for exploring both the sea and surrounding countryside without being in the heart of the town itself.
