The main living space is open plan, with a kitchen well set up for self-catering, dining area, and sitting room where the wood burner takes centre stage. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with the first load of fuel for the stove.

The cottage sits on Lanlawren Farm near Fox Valley Cottages. You have private parking for two cars and your own front garden with seating and a barbecue. The on-site facilities—a shared heated indoor pool, hot tub for six, games room and children's play area—are available to guests. The South Cornwall coast is close enough for a day trip. No smoking indoors. One dog is welcome at no extra charge, and the property can accommodate a travel cot and stairgate for younger visitors. You arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am.
