De-Vollard Barn
Cornwall
De-Vollard Barn is a one-bedroom conversion annexe with its own entrance and private outdoor space. The ground floor contains an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchenette equipped for cooking, and a shower room. Upstairs, a bedroom with a king-size bed and sloped ceiling occupies the first floor. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included; the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer and coffee machine. There is parking for one car on site.
A courtyard garden to the rear offers a sitting area and barbecue. Three steps lead down to the garden, and three more to the main entrance. The property is non-smoking. Check-in is after 16:30 and checkout before 10:00.
Saltash sits at the Tamar Valley's southern edge, close enough to Cotehele (a National Trust Tudor house with valley views) for an afternoon visit. The Tamar Bridge connects into Devon; walking trails thread through the surrounding woodlands. The location suits a couple wanting a quiet countryside base with easy access to both Cornish and Devon attractions.
