Beech Cottage sits on the ground and first floors of what was once stable buildings. Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a sofa bed, dining area and kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and all the rest. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed and its own shower room. The second bedroom downstairs contains two single beds that can be linked together, and there's a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The whole property is yours alone, with wi-fi, heating and all bed linen and towels included.
Outside, an enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue wraps around the cottage, and a hot tub is available year-round. The property sits within 27 acres of grounds that include a woodland walk, play area and communal lawns. One dog can stay free. Saltash itself is minutes away; the A38 is close by for reaching beaches, cycle routes and coastal paths. Tamar View Nurseries is near. The property does not permit smoking.

We’ve just returned from an absolutely fantastic holiday at Woodside Stables. The location is wonderfully peaceful yet perfectly placed for easy access to everything we needed. The holiday home itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, light, and modern and a real pleasure to stay in. Claire was an exceptional host; nothing was ever too much trouble and she made us feel completely welcome. The hot tub was a real highlight and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. We’re already looking forward to returning. Woodside Stables truly lives up to everything advertised on the website, and we wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend it.

Superb location and great accommodation, finished to a really nice modern clean look and is fully equipped, feels very much a home from home, we have loved every moment staying here... The host Claire is really easy going, very friendly and helpful; the accommodation is animal friendly and there is an amazing woodland walk on site which is great for man's best friend. If we find ourselves back in the area we will be staying here again it's just perfect. Thanks for making our week away so relaxing.

Absolutely loved our stay in fir cottage. Everything we needed was there, hours drive to most of the places we wanted to visit. Great relaxing time in the cottage and hot tub. Dogs had a great time in the secure garden and a walk around the woods and field. Highly recommend a break at woodside
