Demelzas Retreat

You walk into a single-storey layout where the living space, kitchen and bedrooms are all on one level. The open-plan heart of Demelzas Retreat contains a dining and sitting area with Freeview TV and an electric fire for warmth. The kitchen is fitted for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and air fryer. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and its own toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom holds a single bed and a pull-out single, while a separate shower room serves both. Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, so you arrive ready to settle in.

The property sits on a small family-run park near Redruth with views across open fields. There is private parking for one car and a garden with furniture. All guests can use the indoor heated swimming pool on-site. Within reach are the Great Flat Lode Trail for walking or cycling around Carn Brea, and further afield the Bissoe Trail to Portreath. The north coast at Godrevy, a National Trust property with cliffs and sandy beach, is also accessible for a day out. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
