East Rose - Barn
Cornwall

East Rose is a converted barn on the western edge of Bodmin Moor, one of several properties scattered across 4 acres of natural grounds. The setting includes a private lake for fishing, sitting areas, and shared garden furniture and barbecue facilities. One dog is welcome, kept on a lead. The grounds contain a fenced lake 110 yards from the property.
The barn has three bedrooms spread across two floors. On the ground floor: a double with an ensuite shower, a zip-and-link twin that can be configured as a kingsize, and a third room with two single beds suitable for children. Upstairs, an open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a wood-burning stove, Freeview TV and DVD player. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering. A second bathroom on the ground floor has a bath with shower. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included; a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
The property has its own garden with seating and furniture. It suits families or groups of up to six, and works well for anyone wanting access to walking on the moor or fishing on site. The nearest landmark is Delford Bridge. No smoking inside.

Excellent cottage ( I stayed in Moor ). Nice and peaceful. Close to the A30, so convenient for driving. Highly recommended for 1/2 people.

Beautiful scenery. Highly recommend if you enjoy being able to walk out onto the moor direct from the complex . We've been here before and keep coming back. There are a number of lovely walks and we're about 20min drive from the coast.
