Bodmin Moor sits at the heart of Cornwall's walking country, and East Rose - Moor occupies the western flank of this moorland landscape, within reach of the Camel Trail and countless footpaths across open heath. The property is a converted barn, one of several on a 4-acre site, set back from the road with its own garden and sitting area.
Inside is a single bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas on the ground floor. You'll have electric cooking, a fridge, microwave, Freeview TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The grounds are shared with other holiday lets and include communal picnic areas, a barbecue and a private lake for fishing (an Environment Agency rod licence is required, available online; bring your own tackle). One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
The location suits walkers and anyone seeking quiet days on or around the moor. Delford Bridge lies nearby, and the wider area offers access to Cornish beaches, woodland and moorland without the bustle of the coast.

Excellent cottage ( I stayed in Moor ). Nice and peaceful. Close to the A30, so convenient for driving. Highly recommended for 1/2 people.

Beautiful scenery. Highly recommend if you enjoy being able to walk out onto the moor direct from the complex . We've been here before and keep coming back. There are a number of lovely walks and we're about 20min drive from the coast.
