Flat 2 is a first-floor apartment in a secure gated building on the quieter side of Newquay, positioned to face Fistral Beach across the road. A lift serves the building if you prefer not to use the stairs. Inside, you get a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan living area that combines kitchen and lounge. Doors from the lounge open onto a balcony overlooking the beach.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and full-sized fridge. Wifi, electricity and bed linen are included. One parking space comes with the flat. The property does not permit smoking.

South Fistral Beach, one of Cornwall's main surfing spots, is a five-minute walk away. The beach itself has surf hire and lessons, plus restaurants and cafes along the front. Newquay's bars and restaurants cluster about ten minutes' walk off, and the train station is just over seven minutes on foot. Couples after coastal walks will find the Pentire area walkable; further afield, Trenance Gardens, the zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium are within reach.
