Port Isaac's narrow streets and harbour draw visitors year-round, and this first-floor flat puts you at the heart of it. Flat 3 is part of the Old Bakehouse, a converted building accessed via stone steps that climb above one of the village's cobbled lanes. You get the whole place to yourself: a compact open-plan living area with dining space, a galley kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower.

The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. The living room has a TV and electric heating for cooler months. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Essentials like a welcome pack are provided. The beach and the village's restaurants, pubs and independent shops are all within walking distance—the sea is less than a mile away. There is a public car park nearby, though you will need to pay for it. No smoking in the flat.
