Fox Lodge arrives fully equipped for a large group or family. The ground floor spreads across an open-plan living and dining area with French doors to the garden, a kitchen fitted with electric cooking, dishwasher and coffee machine, a second sitting room, games room with pool table, and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, three kingsize bedrooms have en-suites with walk-in showers; two further bedrooms hold single beds each. A family bathroom with bath and shower completes the five-bedroom layout. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels come as standard. One dog stays free, and the property includes a highchair and stairgate for younger visitors.

Set in Crantock, the house sits a mile from the coast and within easy reach of Newquay's beaches, restaurants and shops. The private garden features a hot tub and seating area. The immediate surroundings suit families wanting a quieter base—the beach and a pub with restaurant are both within walking distance—while Newquay's surf breaks, attractions and dining are a short drive away. The Eden Project and Padstow's restaurants lie within reasonable reach for day trips. No smoking inside.
