North Cornwall's appeal lies partly in its contrasts: quiet rural lanes lead within minutes to Padstow's restaurants and shops, or further to the beaches and activity centres around Newquay and Watergate Bay. Harvest Cottage sits down one such lane, surrounded by fields yet positioned to reach either the coast or the Camel Trail—a walking and cycling route along a disused railway—without much effort.
The cottage itself is a semi-detached property that sleeps four across two bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with two singles. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs, the living and dining room has patio doors opening to a garden with seating and a barbecue, with views down towards the Atlantic. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included. One dog stays free of charge.
The property comes with parking for two cars on site and a bike store. It is a non-smoking home. The nearest shops, pub and restaurant are about a mile and a half away; the beach is roughly two and a half miles distant.
