Headland Views

Walk through the door of Headland Views and you find a house designed around space and comfort. Ground floor opens into a living room with woodburner and a second sitting area with games console, connected by the kitchen to a dining room with bi-fold doors onto the patio. There's a utility room and shower room on this level. Upstairs holds four bedrooms – a kingsize with ensuite, two rooms with single beds each, and one with bunks – plus a family bathroom. Three bathrooms total serve the property.

Everything needed for a self-catering stay is here: the kitchen has electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. Wi-Fi, heating and electricity are included. Bed linen and towels come as standard. The enclosed garden has furniture and a barbecue; the private hot tub sits on the sun deck. Two electric car charging points and parking for two vehicles are on the property, with additional spaces nearby. One pet stays free.

The house stands on Pentire Headland near Newquay Golf Club, close enough to the beach for a morning walk. It suits families or groups of eight, though hen and stag parties are not accepted. Check-in is after 15:00, checkout before 10:00. Smoking is not permitted inside.
