Hillside

Hillside is a three-storey detached house spread across multiple levels, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodating up to nine guests. The first floor holds two double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite; the second floor contains a third double plus a single bed in one room, and two singles in another; a shared bathroom with bath and shower serves this level. Downstairs, the living room centres on an open fire, with a separate games room housing a television and PlayStation console. The kitchen handles full cooking and laundry, and there is Wi-Fi throughout. One car parks on site; additional public parking is 500 yards away. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen and towels—are included, and one dog stays free.

The village location puts shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance, along with the coastal path. Tintagel lies to the north, Polzeath's surf beach to the south. The Camel Trail, a walking and cycling route along a disused railway, heads inland towards Wadebridge. Rock and its watersports are accessible by car, as is Padstow by a combination of driving and ferry. No smoking inside the property.
