A woodburner anchors the living area beside a corner sofa and smart TV; the kitchen beyond has everything needed for self-catering, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and modern appliances. A dining table overlooks the village street, and shuttered windows frame gentle light. Upstairs, the first bedroom holds a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower room; the second has a double bed and access to a family bathroom fitted with a slipper bath and shower.

The cottage sits on a quiet street in St Agnes, yards from independent shops and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Heritage Coast—rugged cliffs, rolling headlands and golden sand—lies within a mile. Parking is available on road and in a nearby public car park. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; the initial fuel for the woodburner is supplied. The property is yours alone, and one well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking inside.
