The Cottage
Cornwall

The Cottage sits in a small village that forms part of a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where the coastline rises into dramatic cliffs and the landscape carries traces of Cornwall's mining past. The beach is less than a mile away, and the Southwest Coast Path runs through the area for walkers of any ability. The village itself has independent cafés, pubs and shops within easy reach on foot.
This is a two-bedroom property accessed via a quiet alley, with a front garden and barbecue. Downstairs, the living room has a wood burner (fuel for the first fire included) and opens into a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and the rest. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it and a heated towel rail. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are all provided. The property is no-smoking, and children must be over six years old.
It works well for couples or small groups wanting a base near both the coast and a functioning village. There is a public car park in the village at a charge.
