Ivy Cottage

You open the front door into a cottage that feels immediately lived-in and warm. The ground floor spreads across a sitting room with woodburner and entertainment setup, a kitchen and dining space with the cooking essentials, a sun room flooded with light, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles, and one with bunks—and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The whole place is yours alone, heating and Wi-Fi included, along with bed linen and towels.

Outside, decking and a covered seating area open onto a landscaped garden with furniture and a barbecue. There's private parking for one car and an electric charging point if you need it. One dog is welcome, with a bed already waiting in the sun room and extras provided. The cottage sits at the end of a terrace in Boscastle village itself, so the harbour, village shops, restaurants and pubs are a short walk away. Coastal paths start within yards of the property, and Tintagel, Padstow, Wadebridge and Bodmin Moor are all within reach for day trips. No smoking inside.
