Lynwood

Lynwood is a Grade II listed cottage within walking distance of Boscastle's harbour. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize, a double, and a twin. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet. Everything essential is provided—bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and wifi are included—so you arrive to a ready cottage.

The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a coffee machine, making self-catering straightforward whether you're cooking a full meal or breakfast before a day out. A wood-burning stove heats the kitchen, while the living room has an open fireplace and Sky TV. The utility room contains a washer-dryer for longer stays. Outside there is private parking for two cars and a lawned garden with seating.

Boscastle itself sits where a river meets the sea, with the Southwest Coast Path accessible directly from the village. The harbour dates to the Elizabethan era and the surrounding area is known for its dramatic coastal scenery. The village has pubs, cafés and shops within easy reach. Note that the garden access includes ten steps.
