The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—electric oven, hob, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating is electric, with initial fuel for the burner included. Linen, towels and Wi-Fi come as standard. Outside, a front garden with patio and seating overlooks the countryside. One small dog stays free, and there is parking for a single car on site. No smoking inside.

Local walks begin almost on the doorstep, and Boscastle village with its pubs and cafés lies a few miles away. The coast path and beaches are accessible within the hour, and Tintagel Castle is a short drive north.
