Karensa comes with everything you need already sorted: heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, so you can arrive and settle straight in. The kitchen is the standout—induction hob, electric oven, air fryer, American fridge freezer and wine cooler mean you can cook properly rather than make do. There's a washer-dryer for laundry, and a utility room to keep things organised. Three parking spaces sit on site, which matters when you're bringing two families.

The layout splits between ground and first floor. Downstairs holds two bedrooms (one double, one with singles) plus a shower room; upstairs you get two kingsize bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and shower, and the main living space. That living area is open-plan—kitchen, dining and sitting zones flow together with a balcony overlooking the garden and countryside beyond. A second balcony comes off one of the upstairs bedrooms. The back garden has furniture and works for children and dogs to use safely, though the grounds do have unfenced drops. One pet stays free.

The property sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near St Just, five minutes' drive from Sennen Cove with its sandy beach and harbour. Coastal walks, Land's End and local shops in St Just are all close by. Children under four cannot stay here due to the terrain, and smoking is not permitted.
