Bodmin Moor dominates the landscape around Camelford, its high moorland and distinctive peaks within easy reach for walking or driving. The north Cornwall coastline lies further west, golden beaches and dramatic cliff paths a short journey away. Kingfisher Cottage sits in Inny Vale, positioned to explore both. Wadebridge, with its antique shops and restaurants, is nearby for days when you want something more developed.
The cottage is a single-storey detached property with one double bedroom and a shower room. The open-plan living and dining space includes a sofa, armchair and television; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with doors leading out to a private garden where you can sit on the patio. All essentials are provided—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi. One car can park on site. Pets stay free and are welcome here.
The rear garden overlooks the river that runs past the property. This is somewhere to settle with a book or watch for the occasional kingfisher. You'll find the cottage on the ground floor throughout, with no stairs, and there is no smoking inside. The property is for two adults; children and babies cannot be accommodated.

What a beautiful cottage. The river running by adds to the calming atmosphere. The cottage itself is beautiful, clean and warm. It has everything you need and more. It has a lovely private garden and if you are lucky you will spot deer running in the fields. I can honestly say we did not want to leave. Great value for money. I cannot wait to stay again. The cottage had books, games, maps and so much more to help make the best of out stay. If you want a peaceful, quiet and calm break this is the cottage for you. We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. It has everything you need for a cosy stay with a touch of luxury. It’s set in a beautiful location, close to so many fantastic places, whether you’re looking for the beach or countryside it has it all. Fantastic base for walking, cycling or just chilling back. Recently stayed at Kingfisher Cottage, what a fabulous place. It's beautifully decorated, was spotlessly clean, warm and cosy, and has everything you could ever need in a holiday cottage. It's in a beautiful setting, very peaceful, with easy access to local amenities. We loved it and would happily stay there sgain!
