Lanacre Cottage is a recently extended property built to accommodate four guests across two substantial bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor comprises a living room with Freeview television, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher flowing into a dining area, and a wet room with shower—useful for rinsing off after time outdoors. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and ensuite, the other with two single beds; the main bathroom includes a bath and heated towel rail.
The cottage sits in Mylor Bridge, roughly midway between Falmouth and Truro, with Mylor Creek just a short walk away. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. There is off-street parking for two cars and a front garden with seating. The property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Families with young children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. The wet room downstairs and easy access to outdoor space make it practical for a coastal break. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
