Lansant-An-Vre

St Breock is a quiet hamlet between Wadebridge and Camelford, well-placed for exploring inland Cornwall. The surrounding moorland and the Atlantic Highway are within minutes, making it a practical base for wider exploration. Lansant-An-Vre sits down a rural lane, shielded from the main world by thick cob walls and mature gardens.

The cottage has two bedrooms—one double and one twin—and a bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs, a living room with a woodburner opens into a kitchen/dining room fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. A stairgate is available for families with young children.

The enclosed garden is the property's real draw: a lawned space with a patio, garden furniture and a barbecue, enclosed enough to feel private but open enough to catch the afternoon sun. Off-road parking is 20 metres away. The cottage is non-smoking throughout.
