Lime Tree Cottage

Lime Tree Cottage comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with the initial fuel for the wood burner. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, so preparing meals is straightforward. Downstairs there is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate toilet, and a dining room alongside the living room with its Freeview TV and wood-burning stove.

The cottage sleeps eight across four bedrooms. One has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom containing a bath with shower attachment; another has a double bed; the third holds two single beds; and the fourth contains a single bed plus a pull-out single. A family bathroom with a bath and shower sits on the first floor, and there is a second ensuite with a cubicle shower. One well-behaved dog stays free. The front garden has furniture and a barbecue, and there is on-site parking for two cars. The cottage sits on the North Cornish coast near Port Isaac, Polzeath and Padstow. Smoking is not permitted inside.
