St Agnes, a pretty coastal village, lies a short drive away with pubs, restaurants and a microbrewery. Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm is also nearby. The property suits two adults; children under 12 are not accommodated. The garden has a slope, and no smoking is permitted inside.
