There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster, a dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV, DVD Player, CD Player and iPod Dock. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s off-road parking for 1 car, a front patio with furniture and communal grounds with furniture. Note: From November to March there's an extra charge of £15 per week for heating and electricity, paid directly to owner. Note: Owner is happy to do washing at a small charge per load.
