Lower Stables

Lower Stables is a renovated barn conversion in rural West Cornwall, within reach of the coast. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping up to six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One dog stays free. The ground-floor layout centres on an open-plan living and dining space with doors onto an enclosed garden; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a dishwasher and washer-dryer to handle the practicalities of a longer stay. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, and air-source underfloor heating keeps things warm through the year.

Bedroom one has a double bed and an ensuite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds another double; the third has two singles. An additional bathroom with bath and walk-in shower serves the other bedrooms. The garden includes three distinct sitting-out areas with furniture and a barbecue, and there is parking for three cars. One dog may stay at no extra cost. The property does not permit smoking.
