Lower Trembath - Chancer
Cornwall
West Cornwall's rural hamlets offer a particular kind of quiet—the kind where you wake to birdsong rather than traffic. Lower Trembath sits in that landscape, and Chancer is a converted stone barn within it, far enough from the everyday to feel genuinely removed but close enough to the beach that a coastal day out requires only a short journey. The whole place is yours alone.
Downstairs, tiled floors run through the kitchen-diner and two living areas, one of which holds a multi-fuel burner and a pair of single pull-out beds hidden in leather chairs—handy if you need sleeping space beyond the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, and the dining area connects directly to an enclosed patio with garden furniture and landscaped grounds. Upstairs, a double bedroom with wooden floors and an en-suite shower completes the layout. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, which shapes how the space works for different groups. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi come as standard, and fuel for the burner is provided to get you started. There is parking for two cars and level access at the property's front entrance, though the patio sits four steps down from the main living space. The nearest beach is within reach for an afternoon or a full day out.
