Lyndale

Lyndale is a detached house in Cornwall with views across the water towards Newlyn. The accommodation sleeps five across three bedrooms: one double and two singles. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath. A wood burner warms the open-plan living and dining area, which has solid wooden floors and a 50" Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and all the usual appliances. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; logs for the burner come with the booking.

Outside, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture provides a private space. Parking is on road. The house sits yards from the flat promenade that links Newlyn fishing harbour with Penzance and its marina. From here, the area opens onto coastal walks, beaches and the sweep of Mounts Bay. Newlyn itself has galleries, restaurants and harbour-side atmosphere. Penzance mainline railway station is five minutes away by taxi. The property is no-smoking throughout.
