Mys Hedra Hideaway
Cornwall
St Buryan is a quiet village in West Cornwall, positioned between Penzance and some of the county's most visited destinations. Land's End lies within reach, as do the beaches at Lamorna Cove and Porthcurno, where the Minack Theatre sits carved into the clifftop. Coastal paths cross the area, and the fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn are nearby for a sense of local life beyond the holiday trail.
Mys Hedra Hideaway is a one-bedroom cottage sleeping two, with a double bed and ensuite shower room on the first floor. Downstairs, a living and dining space opens to a kitchen equipped for real cooking—electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine included. The property's standout feature is its private indoor heated swimming pool, shared with the owner, measuring 4m by 2m with changing facilities and a shower on site. One car can park on the property, and a front garden has furniture for sitting out.
Essentials are covered: electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are provided. The village has a pub serving home-cooked food and a shop for supplies. One well-behaved dog can stay free. No smoking indoors. The pool operates seasonally and is not available from October through April.
