Fowey is a working fishing village on Cornwall's south coast, surrounded by dramatic cliffs, sheltered coves and wooded valleys. The Fishermans Arms sits nearby, and from here you can walk to beaches, follow the coastal path, or strike inland through countryside. Shops and cafés are within reach on foot.
Orchard Cottage has two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, the kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, and the living room has a TV and electric fire. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are all included. You have your own parking space and a front garden. One pet is welcome. The place is yours alone for the duration of your stay, and there is no smoking inside.
The cottage works well for a couple or a small family wanting a base to explore this stretch of coast and countryside. Arrival is after 15:00 and you'll need to leave by 10:00.

We enjoyed a great stay at Orchard Cottage in early Sept. The house is truly stunning - a perfect blend of contemporary and character set in an idyllic location, with views of the river. The amenities and decor are very well considered and comfortable throughout, including cloud like fluffy towels. A great house for summer or cosy winter stays, a lovely log burner was perfectly set for our arrival but alas the early autumn temperature didn’t provide us with an excuse to light it…perhaps next time! Thank you so much - we had a wonderful time. The Cottage is really tasteful/beautiful and the setting is idyllic. The cottage had everything we needed for a really fun and comfortable stay. We loved exploring the local area and everyone we met was delightful.

Perfect Escape – Peaceful, Charming & Immaculate We had a wonderful stay at Orchard Cottage. The location is idyllic, tucked away in a peaceful village, a short walk to the local pub and fantastic coastal walks. The cottage itself has been beautifully restored, combining original character with modern architectural touches that make it feel both luxurious and homely. It is perfect for a family getaway! Every detail has been thought through, from the super-comfy beds and the well-equipped kitchen to spacious deck overlooking the lovely garden. Faultless hospitality and a real gem of a place – we’ll be back.
