This converted schoolhouse dates back to the Victorian era and retains the substantial, light-filled character of its original building. Torpoint sits on the Cornish coast with rural surroundings, yet within a mile of a pub and close enough to reach several beaches by car. The property is yours alone, with two double bedrooms upstairs, two shower rooms, and open-plan living and dining space on the ground floor. One bedroom overlooks countryside; both have good storage. An internal utility room with washing machine connects to a side entrance, useful for wet clothes and sandy shoes.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with double oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A patio and fully enclosed lawn occupy the garden—the latter particularly practical if you're bringing a pet, which can stay at no extra cost. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. Parking is on a small driveway; larger vehicles use on-street parking nearby. No smoking inside.
Perranuthnoe Beach lies roughly 10 minutes' drive away, as do Prussia Cove, Praa Sands and Rinsey. Marazion, with its waterfront and shops, is within similar reach. Goldsithney village itself has two pubs, a shop and a post office within walking distance, and coastal paths branch out from the immediate area.

We spent a fabulous week at No 3 from the moment we arrived at this beautiful house that has been thoughtfully renovated. It has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay from the squashy sofas to the comfy beds. All of the rooms are spacious and well thought out and the location and views are something else. Caw sands has plenty to offer with good pubs and a warm welcome. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful holiday home right on the sea! We visited as a family group of six and found absolutely everything we needed. The luxury of the copper bath was a real treat for me, and the kids loved the excitement of how deep it was. The hosts also provided plenty of games, which kept us entertained during a few drizzly days. Having the kayak available was a massive bonus—we loved taking it out for trips along the stunning local coastline. The location is brilliant, with a bakery practically across the street and two beaches just a minute's walk in either direction. There are so many great places to eat locally, plus the Cawsand ferry is right there to take you over to Plymouth for even more options. We had a wonderful stay!

Really did not want to leave, everything you could need ( although we were sad we didn’t bring our binoculars so these would be nice!!)… place was immaculately clean… spent most of the time choosing what window to sit at to see the spectacular views!!!! Cawsand is everything a Cornish village should be… unspoilt and yet everything you need, locals made us feel very welcome!! The Deli has everything you need and so delicious!!!! We walked lots right from the doorstep, every one of them stunning!! And we took the ferry to Plymouth which was a great experience , We simply cannot wait to come back!!!!

We have just spent a week at the No' 3 The Old School House and it was wonderful. Edward was so helpful and accommodating throughout. The property was stunning - location, decor, comfiness (is that a word?) It had everything we needed and more. The welcome basket was a real treat. The very best part was the view from the lounge window, you just couldn't tire of it. It rained alot, it was windy and the sun shone and the view from that window was captivating at all times. This week away was just what we needed and it certainly gave us the time, the peace and the tranquility to recharge.
