Pedn-Y-Ke

Pedn-Y-Ke is a substantial holiday house that sleeps up to 13 guests across five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main building contains a kitchen with Aga and full cooking facilities, two living areas with television and patio access to the garden, plus utility room and conservatory. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, including a kingsize with ensuite bathroom. A separate annexe with its own bedroom, bathroom and sitting room connects via an internal door, giving groups extra flexibility and privacy without separate entrances.

The property sits in Mullion village on the Lizard Peninsula, a few miles from Polurrian beach. The wrap-around garden has seating and furniture for outdoor use. Three cars can park on site. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; heating is oil-fired. The house is non-smoking. Mullion itself has pubs, cafes and independent shops, and the Southwest Coast Path runs nearby with access to several beaches and dramatic cliff walks. The Lizard's southern coastline—Kynance Cove, Goonhilly Downs and Polurrian's sandy beach—is within easy reach by car.
