Polgew Apartment

Polgew Apartment is a self-contained ground-floor home in Marazion, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed with ensuite shower; the second has two single beds and an ensuite with bath and shower. Everything is on one level, reached by six steps to the entrance. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen equipped for real cooking—combi microwave-oven-grill, dishwasher, fridge-freezer—plus a separate utility room with washing machine. A smart TV offers Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; heating and electricity are also covered during winter months (October to March). A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The apartment overlooks Mounts Bay towards St Michaels Mount, Newlyn and Mousehole. An enclosed garden with terrace and patio furniture is ideal for watching the water—kite surfers and paddle boarders are regular sights. The long sandy beach is a three-minute walk away. Marazion village offers restaurants, pubs, galleries and a pasty shop; Penzance and Newlyn are nearby for further dining and browsing. Supermarkets are within two miles. There is private parking for one car, including an electric vehicle charging point. Smoking is not permitted.
