Marazion sits on the bay between Mousehole and Penzance, looking out to St Michael's Mount. Polgew Studio occupies the ground floor of a house here, with an enclosed garden and terrace facing the water. The village has restaurants, galleries and a pub within walking distance; Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole are all nearby for exploring further.

The studio sleeps three in one bedroom (kingsize bed plus a child's z-bed) with one bathroom. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—combi microwave, full-size oven, grill and dishwasher—and a dining area. The sitting area has a smart TV with streaming services. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; heating is available in winter for an additional weekly charge. A travel cot and highchair are on hand if needed.

You have private parking 100 metres away, and an electric vehicle charging point is available on site. The property does not permit smoking. The long sandy beach is just three to four minutes away, and Penzance railway station is roughly three miles off for onward travel.
