Built around 1800, Roseland Cottage is a historic property with genuine local roots—it predates the round houses that define Veryan village. The cottage sits in quiet countryside within reach of the Cornish coast, with beaches at Carne and Pendower a short walk away. The whole place is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.
Inside, the ground floor centres on a living and dining space warmed by a multi-fuel burner, with Freeview TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime available. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link super king bed that can split into singles if needed, the other a single—plus a shower room with a walk-in shower. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; central heating runs throughout. There is parking for three cars on site. No smoking is permitted in the property.
The back garden has seating where you can sit out between walks along the coastal paths or visits to nearby Veryan Galleries. The space suits people who want to combine beach time with a genuine period cottage and room to spread out comfortably.
