The cottage has one bedroom sleeping three—a 6ft bed plus a single futon—and one bathroom with a modern suite and shower. Downstairs, a combined living and dining space holds a TV and electric fire, while the kitchen has what you need to cook proper meals. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. Two parking spaces sit outside; a rear courtyard with seating overlooks fields. Stairgates are fitted, and the property welcomes one dog.

I stayed in Treliza in September 2024. Good value, basic accommodation. The owner is very helpful. Very convenient for Constantine and Treyarnon Bay, the coast path, small coffee bars etc, with a short walk to the bus stop, local shops, surf shop, YHA cafe etc.

The decor might be a bit 80's but you get a very warm welcome, it's spotlessly clean and the sea is about 2 minutes down the hill. WONDERFUL!
