Roskear itself sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the north coast, where countryside views stretch toward the Atlantic from the property's substantial glass balcony.

The house holds four bedrooms and four bathrooms across two floors. Ground level includes a king bedroom with ensuite, two single beds in a second room, and a family bathroom. Upstairs, another king with ensuite and a second twin bedroom with shower room provide flexibility for groups of eight. The open-plan kitchen and dining area feed into a spacious living room with woodburner; the balcony, decked and glassed, works as both a suntrap and a place to eat outdoors. A utility room, small enclosed garden, and parking for four cars complete the layout.

Essentials like bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking from scratch. A travel cot and highchair are available. No smoking is permitted inside.
