Salty Cottage

Salty Cottage is a 160-year-old granite cottage sleeping three, within walking distance of the water's edge in Newlyn. Everything needed for a self-catering break comes as standard: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi. The kitchen has an electric cooker, induction hob, microwave and fridge; a washing machine is in the external utility room. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a single, each with Freeview TV, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The ground floor combines living space, dining area and kitchen in an open plan layout, with a smart TV and Netflix access.

The harbour is moments away—a short walk brings you to the harbour wall with views across the boats. A pub sits one minute's stroll from the door. The local bus stop for Mousehole and Penzance is two minutes on foot. Newlyn itself has cafés, bakeries, fish restaurants, an art gallery, cinema and various shops along the water's edge. From here you can reach Mousehole, Penzance's heated lido and promenade, and Marazion with St Michael's Mount. The surrounding Cornish coast offers beaches, coves and the Minack Theatre. No smoking is permitted inside the cottage. A public car park is 65 yards away.
