The property sleeps 5 across three bedrooms—two doubles and one single—with a bathroom upstairs and a living room, kitchen-diner, and enclosed rear yard on the ground floor.

The cottage blends period character with modern comfort. Original stairs lead to the bedrooms; the living room has an electric wood-burner for evening relaxation; the kitchen is fitted for cooking proper meals with an electric oven and hob. Bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are included. There is on-road parking outside and a private yard to the rear. The pub is within a mile and the harbour is a short walk away.
