Sea Vista

Sea Vista occupies the lower ground floor of a property in Port Isaac, positioned to catch views across the bay towards the Atlantic. The layout puts you at garden level with direct access to a substantial lawn and patio, which makes the outdoor space feel like an extension of the interior rather than an afterthought. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, a shower room, and an open-plan living area with a sofa bed give you flexibility for two guests or occasional visitors.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized fridge—while the living room has a TV and DVD player. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all provided. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer in an external utility room, parking for one car on site, and a bike store. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.

Port Isaac sits on the north Cornish coast a few hundred yards from the coastal path, with the beach half a mile away and a pub and restaurant within walking distance. Shops are about five minutes on foot. From here you can reach Tintagel, Boscastle and the surfing beaches at Rock and Polzeath without much driving. Smoking is not permitted inside.
