Seagreen Lodge

Seagreen Lodge is a modern lodge built to take advantage of its position on the Trewince Manor Estate. The ground floor centres on an open-plan living and dining space with patio doors opening onto a deck; upstairs, the main bedroom has its own balcony. Three bedrooms sleep six: a double and two singles downstairs, a kingsize above. Both bathrooms have baths with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and other essentials. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.

The estate itself spans grounds with a shared swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. The lodge's private garden includes a deck with furniture, and lawned areas beyond (though there are steps down to these). Parking is for one car. The location sits between Gerrans Bay and the Roseland coastline; the harbour village of Portscatho is nearby. No smoking is permitted. One pet is welcome.
