Some Place works well for two adults or a couple with young children wanting a private base with shared leisure facilities. The single bedroom contains a double bed, and there's a shower room on the ground floor. A living room and dining kitchen give space to spread out, with electric cooking, dishwasher and washing machine all provided. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included in the price.

The property is one of two on the grounds and comes with its own steam room. You also have access to a shared hot tub (seating four) and an outdoor swimming pool, open April through September. The enclosed front garden has a summerhouse, seating areas and a meandering layout that connects the properties—useful if you're holidaying with friends or family in the neighbouring cottage. A stream runs through the gardens. One dog can stay free. No smoking indoors.

The location puts you near Cornish beaches and coastal walking country. The nearest is Sennen Cove, a small beach with good parking. Arrival is after 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
